American Noah Lyles fulfilled his desire by winning the men's 100-meter race at the World Athletics Championships in Budapest. Lyles secured the victory with a time of 9.86 seconds, edging out Jamaica's Oblique Seville (9.93 seconds) and Marvin Bracy (9.94 seconds) from the United States.
